CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glammed By Yam, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! We respect how valuable your time is, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide **AT LEAST 48 HOURS’ NOTICE**. This helps us adjust our schedule and accommodate clients on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy: **Cancellations & Rescheduling**: Cancellations made 48 HOURS PRIOR to service won‘t be charged, however DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! **Late Cancellations & No-Shows**: Cancellations made LESS THAN 48 HOURS, or FAILURE TO ATTEND your appointment will result in a charge of **100%** of the scheduled service cost. This fee is **NON-REFUNDABLE**. **Late Arrivals**: A $10 fee will be applied if any clients arrive 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled. **DEPOSITS & FORMS**: Required for ALL APPOINTMENTS! If you have NOT applied a DEPOSIT or SIGNED FORMS 48 hours PRIOR, appointments will be CANCELLED. Please understand that without a 48 hour notice it is very difficult to fill your appointment slot, and clients on the waiting list miss out on an opportunity to receive a service.
