Welcome to Glammed By Yam! I’m Yamii, a NY licensed hairstylist, specializing in hair color & highlights, and also known as the blow out queen! My goal is that you leave my chair feeling and looking beautiful as ever, and of course loving your hair! I’ve always had a passion for hair and my ultimate goal and dream has been to own a salon. That dream has quickly now become reality with owning my personal hair studio. I aim to provide each individual client with attention, time, relaxing and an honest environment made just for them. I treat this time as your “YOU” time and a mini vacation from your daily life, so I ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointments. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please message me with date and time you are interested in. I look forward to meeting you in my chair and providing you with an exceptional experience! CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glammed By Yam each client’s appointment is important. I hold a reservation just for you in the studio and ask if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment that you please provide a 24-hour notice. This way, I am able to adjust my schedule accordingly and can accommodate clients on my waiting list. Appointments will be confirmed via text 2 DAYS prior to scheduled appointment, and can be canceled/ rescheduled both online or by reaching me directly. No shows or cancellations within or less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. This charge will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Unfortunately, with last minute cancellations I am unable to fill that appointment time with another client & clients waiting for an appointment miss out on a service. Late fee of $10 will be charged for anyone arriving 15 mins past their appointment time. More than 15 mins late to your appointment will result in a no show and new appointment would be required to book. It is my goal to provide your service with the time and attention it deserves to create an exceptional experience with Glammed By Yam.
